How do I order Test Collectors?
Where do I send my samples?
Please mail your order for testing of collector samples to: Zoetis Genetics, 333 Portage Street, Building 300, Kalamazoo, MI 49007-9970
Who is my rep?

What is an Archive Test Request?
The Archive product is selected when a sample is not able to be tested due to missing information or when a sample does not require testing at the present time. The sample is archived with the ability to be tested at a later date. Customers may contact Zoetis Customer Service at 877-233-3362 to inquire about Archived samples.
What are sample failures?
Sample failures are usually related to sample quality and/or collection. Please click here to review sample collection techniques.
What is the CDCB and why do I have to pay a fee?
The Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding (CDCB) conducts genetic evaluations for economically important traits of dairy cattle. CDCB fees cover the ongoing expenses of calculating and distributing monthly genomic evaluations and official summaries published three times each year in April, August and December. For more information, click here. All test providers have the same fee.
Why aren’t all of my animals in the results report?
Most likely, not all of your samples have results available. Please look to Sheet 13, Animals Not Reported or the Actions Needed tab. This report will provide you with the next steps needed to get data on these animals.
What is auto-accept parentage?
Auto-accept parentage, a service offered to customers with commercial animals, automatically accepts all parentage identified by the CDCB. Please contact Zoetis Customer Service at 877-233-3362 if you are a commercial breeder and are interested in auto-accept parentage. Please note registered herds are not eligible. We also highly recommend herds review the mis-information to learn from it, and identify whether or not the information is accurate, particularly if there's a chance calves are switched at birth.
What should I do if my animal is registered and test results reveal a different sire or dam than it is registered with?
If you do not agree with the Parentage report, please submit a new sample to resolve any sample integrity issues. Otherwise you will need to accept the suggested corrected parentage in order to receive the results.
In regards to Parentage reports, where did you come up with the suggested sire and suggested dam?
Resulting from data in the CDCB database, the sample you submitted for testing matches the suggested sire and dam based on DNA genotypes.
When will I receive results?
CLARIFIDE® results are available according to the schedule found in our sample submission and customer reporting timelines document.
How do I qualify for $42.50 pricing?
Please see Tab 2 of the current Dairy Order Form found in the Dairy Ordering Information section.
Why do you need official IDs to test?
Official IDs are a requirement of the CDCB and should be part of any animal ID program for ongoing genetic improvement. In addition, new USDA-AHT rules in effect March 11, 2015 require specific official ID types to be used.
What do I need to do with my parentage changes?
Please complete the Parentage Correction Report and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your animals are registered, please contact the breed association to complete the updates.
How do I submit a new sample for a retest?
If you are submitting a new sample for a retest, please submit the sample in a new order with all required information needed for testing.
