Select the menu icon next to Zoetis Learning Solutions in the upper left corner of the screen and click on Update Profile. Make any changes to your profile and click on Update Profile at the bottom of the screen.

To make changes to Email and Password, click the appropriate buttons at the bottom of the page.

Please log out, and back in for any changes to take effect.

RACE has required that effective January 2022, the veterinary license number and state jurisdiction are included when submitting all CE information. We provide quarterly reports containing all CE required information on your behalf to RACE

Select the menu icon in the upper left corner next to the Zoetis Learning Solutions logo. There you will find menu items to quickly navigate you through the site, including your Dashboard, My Courses, FAQ’s, Calendar, and My Activities.

Select the menu icon next to Zoetis Learning Solutions logo in the upper left corner of the screen and click on “My Activities” to see your on-demand course scores, activity, and status.

I just completed an on-demand course; how do I get my certificate?

  • After you Exit a course, you will see a blue “Download your Certificate” button to the right
  • Alternatively, select the menu icon next to Zoetis Learning Solutions logo in the upper left corner of the screen and click on “My Activities”; select Courses (on-demand). You should see the ribbon icon to the far right of the row, which will let you download your certificate

If you still cannot locate your certificate, please select Contact Us from the drop-down menu in the top left corner. Please provide your email address, on-demand course name, and description of the issue. The ZLS Support Team will follow up with you.

After successfully completing a live webinar, you can access your certificate two ways:

  • Within two business days of completing the live webinar, you will receive an email from Zoetis Learning Solutions that contains a link for you to access your certificate. Clicking the link will take you to Zoetis Learning Solutions where you can access your certificate.
  • Select the menu icon next to Zoetis Learning Solutions logo in the upper left corner of the screen and click on “My Activities”; select Webinars (live). You should see the ribbon icon to the far right of the row, which will let you download your certificate

If you still cannot locate your certificate, please select Contact Us from the drop-down menu in the top left corner. Please provide your email address, live webinar name, and description of the issue. The ZLS Support Team will follow up with you.

Select the menu icon next to Zoetis Learning Solutions in the upper left corner of the screen and click on the Contact Us link. Please submit a ticket providing specific details about the error you are experiencing.

At this time, Zoetis Learning Solutions is only available via desktop/laptop.

As of January 2018, we do not support Safari on Windows.

*Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Safari follow a continuous release policy that makes it difficult to fix a minimum version. For this reason and following the market recommendation, we will support the most recent two major versions of each of these browsers.

Pop-up blockers must be disabled to access the on-demand course.

Please refer to your browser configuration to disable a pop-up blocker.

Most Zoetis Learning Solutions live webinar and on-demand courses offer CE. All content listed with CE credits are RACE-Approved. While RACE-Approved CE is widely accepted for satisfying professional CE requirements, there may be instances where it is not. Please refer to your state licensing or governing board for more information.

For any live webinar or on-demand course, each person will individually need to enroll and complete the training within Zoetis Learning Solutions. Each account is unique to the individual learner and should stay with you throughout your career in animal health.
