Lucky Sweepstakes Winner Is Going To Vegas
Alabama beef producer wins tickets from Zoetis to Wrangler National Finals Rodeo
FLORHAM PARK, N.J., April 17, 2014 — Toni Eaves of Elkmont, Ala., not only came away invigorated from this year’s Cattle Industry Annual Convention and National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) Tradeshow, she also came away a winner. She won a sweepstakes from Zoetis for two tickets to the 2014 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR) and a $1,500 Funjet Vacations travel voucher.
Eaves was among more than 8,000 beef producers from across the United States who gathered in Nashville, Tenn., this year for the convention and tradeshow. More than 2,100 attendees visited the Zoetis booth and entered the sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to the famed rodeo.
For Eaves, whose family runs a cow/calf operation, this was a convention she’ll always remember.
Attending the convention is a great opportunity for my family to network with other beef producers and learn about the latest trends, information and products to help our operation,” Eaves said. “Our trip to Nashville became even more memorable when we heard about winning the sweepstakes. Thanks to Zoetis, my husband and I are looking forward to attending our first-ever WNFR in Las Vegas.”
During the tradeshow, a steady flow of producers visited the Zoetis booth.
Producers stopped by to talk with Zoetis representatives to learn how to help improve the health and productivity of their operation,” said Josh Wackler, territory business manager, Zoetis. “And many producers were happy to also sign up for the WNFR sweepstakes and meet steer wrestler Matt Reeves and tie-down roper Tyson Durfey, regular competitors at the WNFR. I’m happy Toni and her husband have the opportunity to see the world’s top rodeo cowboys compete later this year.
