AMOXI®

(amoxicillin)

Demonstrates broad-spectrum efficacy against a wide range of common Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens

AMOXI-DROP

AMOXI is indicated in the treatment of susceptible strains of the organisms causing the following infections in dogs and cats:
• Respiratory infections (tonsillitis, tracheobronchitis)
• Genitourinary tract infections (cystitis)
• Gastrointestinal tract infections (bacterial gastroenteritis)
• Skin infections and soft-tissue infections (bacterial dermatitis, abscesses, lacerations, and wounds).

AMOXI-DROP:
15 mL bottle containing 0.75 g and 30 mL bottle containing 1.5 g of amoxicillin activity. When reconstituted with required amount of water, each mL contains 50 mg of amoxicllin as the trihydrate.

AMOXI-TABS:
50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg in bottles of 500 tablets 
400 mg in bottles of 250 tablets

    • Broad spectrum of activity against a wide range of common Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens.
    • Rapidly absorbed and diffused into most body tissue and fluids following oral administration.
    • May be given without regard to meals.
    • Little or no settling after resuspension of AMOXI DROPS makes dosing accurate and consistent.
    • Maximum dosing flexibility:
      • Color-coded to make correct dosing easier
      • Film-coated with no bitter taste
      • Does not dissolve quickly, making “spit-outs” easier to re-administer and increasing compliance


IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
People and animals with known hypersensitivity to penicillin or cephalosporins should avoid exposure to AMOXI-DROP and AMOXI-TABS.
