Indicated for the treatment of subclinical mastitis caused by susceptible strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae in dry cows.

Provides synergistic antibiotic combination of penicillin and novobiocin.
Bactericidal activity against major Staphylococcus and Streptococcus mastitis pathogens.
Ideal duration of activity during the involution phase of the dry cow period (two to three weeks after milking stops), when the keratin plug has not formed and the cow is susceptible to infection.
Contents of one syringe are infused into each quarter at dry off.
72-hour milk withhold following calving.*
30-day** pre-slaughter withdrawal required following administration.
*After last administration (or treatment). **Milk discard time begins at first milking post-freshening and requires completion of a minimum dry cow period.
Administer one 10 mL PLASTET® per quarter after the final milking before dry off, following the aseptic delivery method described on the product label. Do not use ALBADRY PLUS less than 30 days prior to calving. Administration of the product in any manner other than shown on its labeled dosage may result in violative drug residues.
Packaging
Packs of 12 and 144 – 10-mL disposable syringes (400 mg novobiocin and 200,000 IU procaine penicillin G per syringe) with individually wrapped isopropyl alcohol pads.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Do not use ALBADRY PLUS less than 30 days prior to calving. Milk from treated cows must not be used for food during the first 72 hours after calving. Treated animals must not be slaughtered for food for 30 days following udder infusion.
