    Chicken Sera:

    • ProFLOK® PLUS IBD demonstrated excellent specificity to IBD virus antibodies and did not react significantly with antibodies to other avian pathogens tested.
      • Each sample was tested with 3 replicates per plate and tested in 5 ProFLOK® PLUS IBD ELISA plates.

    Antibodies detected to:

    IBD virus antibodies

    Use Situations:

    Routine IBD Flock Profiling:
Collect and assay 30 or more high quality chicken serum samples per flock, particularly breeder hen flocks, on a routine basis (i.e., every four to six weeks).

    IBD Vaccination Evaluation:
Randomly collect and assay 30 or more chicken serum samples per flock immediately prior to IBD vaccine administration (pre-vaccination) and 2 to 6 weeks post-vaccination.

Serum samples are used for testing.

    Good Correlation with VN Test

Excellent Sensitivity - Even to antibodies to recombinant vaccines

    Excellent Specificity

    Excellent Reproducibility

    Test Time:

Results available in approximately 2 hours.

Up to 450 tests (5 plates of 96 wells)

Store test kits at 2ºC-7ºC (36ºF-45°F) (do not freeze)
