USDA-licensed, NPIP-approved enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test kit for the detection of antibody to Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG)in chicken and turkey serum samples.
Routine monitoring of flocks for the presence of MG antibodies. Collect and assay 30 or more high quality chicken or turkey serum samples per flock on a routine basis (e.g., every four weeks). Positive results should be confirmed by conventional methodology or reference labs.
Serum is used for testing.
