    An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test kit for the detection of Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) and Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) antibodies in chicken and turkey serum samples.

    MG and MS

    Use Situations:

    Presumptive diagnosis of chicken and turkey MG-MS

    infections; monitoring of MG and MS vaccine response for chickens and

    turkeys; poultry flock health compliance by serum antibody

    measurement requirement. Positive results should be confirmed by conventional methodology or reference labs.

    Sampling: Serum is used for testing.
