*High correlation of analytical sensitivity with HI antibody titers at two different laboratories (r= 0.81, North Carolina State University (NCSU) Lab; r= 0.90, University of Georgia Poultry Diagnostic Research Center (UGA-PDRC)). Each serum sample was tested with 6 replicates/plates on 5 ELISA plates. Each sample was also tested with 2 or 3 replicates at the NCSU and UGA-PDRC labs respectively. Positive sera on ProFlok MM ELISA correlate with HI value of 1:20.
