    Description:

    USDA-licensed, NPIP-approved enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) screening test kit for the detection of antibody to Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) antibodies in chicken and turkey serum samples.

    Antibodies detected:

    MS

    Use Situations:

    Routine monitoring of flocks for the presence of MS antibodies. Collect and assay 30 or more high quality chicken serum samples per flock on a routine basis (e.g. every four weeks). Positive results should be confirmed by conventional methodology or reference labs.

    Sampling:

    Serum is used for testing.
