    Antibodies detected to:

    Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV)

    Use Situations:

    Routine NDV flock profiling:

Collect and assay 30 or more serum samples per chicken flock, particularly breeder hen flocks, on a routine basis (i.e., every 4 to 6 weeks).

    NDV vaccination evaluation:

Randomly collect and assay 30 or more serum samples per chicken flock immediately prior to NDV vaccine administration (pre-vaccination) and 14 to 18 days post-vaccination.

    Sampling

Serum samples are used for testing.
