    • Sensitivity: CDV 88% and CPV 98%
    • Specificity: CDV 95% and CPV 98%

    Positive Results: Sample is darker than positive control

    • This level of antibody correlates with the following antibody titers:
      – CDV SN titer ≥ 1:16
      – CPV HI titer ≥ 1:80

    Negative Results: Sample is lighter than positive control

    • This level of antibody correlates with the following antibody titers:
      – CDV SN titer < 1:16
      – CPV HI titer < 1:80

    1μL of plasma or serum is used for testing

    Results available in approximately 15-20 minutes
