    The Chick Box Washer is constructed of top quality stainless steel with various pump sizes depending on the capacity. It will accommodate any type of chick box and is available in different models with wash capacities ranging from 100-1400 boxes per hour.   • Description
    The turntables are constructed of top quality stainless steel. This includes a stainless steel trough, frame, legs, platforms, and male/female chutes. Standard tables are available for Sexing (feather or vent), Vaccinating, Debeaking, Toe Clipping, and Grading. Table sizes range from 2 working stations up to 24 working stations.

    Features

    • The sexing table includes individual male/female slide chutes for each sexor. The individual chutes enable the sexor to place the chick or poult on the chute, which provides sexor comfort and reduces stress on the chicks or poults with gentle handling.
    • All required electrical wiring is included on the tables with a complete motor/starter control panel.
    • Sexing tables can be equipped with a counting system that includes a count display in front of the individual sexors or a main panel count display with the option to connect to a computer.
    • Chick/poult conveyors are constructed of top quality stainless steel with standard drive motors. The idler and drive rollers are also constructed of stainless steel with semi rough non-slip conveyor belting. The non-slip belting provides a better grip for the chicks or poults which ensures gentler handling.

    • Chicks are conveyed in front of the sexing stations on a slow moving conveyor which enables each sexor to efficiently retrieve individual chicks for proper sex identification and placement into the male of female chute.
    • The sexed chicks are transferred separately to a male/female chick conveyor or can be transferred and counted directly into chick boxes.
    • Electrical NEMA 4 - stainless steel control panel mounted on the table or remote from the table.
    • Sexing table counting system which provides current flock totals, current hatch totals and individual sexor station counts. Also the control system can be interfaced with a computer for detailed chick count information.
