    The Hatch Tray Washers are available in different standard sizes along with custom washers to suit special applications.

    Features

    • Wash capacities range from 150 trays per hour up to 700 trays per hour.
    • Wash water is re-circulated with standard filter baskets for retrieving debris or washer can be equipped with a traveling filter system which removes debris immediately from washer.
    • Tray Washer can be loaded manually or automatically from a powered tray conveyor/ separator.
    • Tray Washers are constructed of stainless steel and designed to wash various types of hatch trays along with chick boxes and setter flats.
