Type A Medicated Article

Deccox® (decoquinate) is a Type A Medicated Article for the prevention of coccidiosis in broilers. Deccox contains 27.2 grams (6%) of decoquinate per pound of premix.

  • • Synthetic anticoccidial developed specifically for coccidiosis prevention in broiler chickens

  • Thoroughly mix one (1) pound of Deccox® in each ton of complete ration. Must be mixed with other ingredients before feeding. Mixing and conveying equipment should be properly grounded.

  • For the prevention of coccidiosis in broiler chickens caused by Eimeria tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. mivati, E. maxima and E. brunetti.

  • Store in a protected location, avoid excessive heat and keep package closed to avoid contamination.

    • Do not use in feeds containing bentonite.
    • Do not feed to laying chickens.
    • Not for human use.
    • No withdrawal is required prior to slaughter.


Do not use DECCOX in cows, sheep or goats producing milk for food. 

Do not use in laying chickens.
